Harmony & Unity MH is currently open: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 6 pm.
However, our Hours of Operation are flexible and can change based on the needs of our Provider and clients.
We understand the importance of accommodating our clients' schedules, so we offer flexible scheduling when available.
New client appointments last up to 60 minutes, while follow-ups are 30 minutes. We offer flexible scheduling and typically book follow-ups before your current appointment ends. Use our appointment portal to manage or request appointments, and receive reminders via email or text based on your preference.
At Harmony & Unity Mental Health, we require clients to maintain a valid credit card on file to cover any incurred expenses, including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, and outstanding balances. While we strive to accommodate all clients, please be aware that appointments may be canceled, and clients discharged from practice if there is an outstanding balance.

We encourage open communication regarding payment plans, which can be arranged the discretion of Harmony & Unity Mental Health. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances are due on the day of your visit, and superbills are available upon request for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
