What are the operating hours for Harmony & Unity Mental Health?

Harmony & Unity MH is currently open: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 6 pm. 
However, our Hours of Operation are flexible and can change based on the needs of our Provider and clients. 
We understand the importance of accommodating our clients' schedules, so we offer flexible scheduling when available.

Do you provide Psychotherapy

Accepted Answer

We do not have a therapist on staff and do not provide more than brief psychotherapy in conjunction with Medication Management visits. 
You can refer to the "Referrals" tab for a list of Providers that Harmony & Unity Mental Health works with  or use your insurance.
You can also use Headway, Psychology Today, Zoc Doc, or Hello Alma to find a therapist.

How are appointments scheduled and conducted?

Accepted Answer

New client appointments are up to 60 mins long.
Follow up visits are up to 30 mins long.
Follow up appointments are usually scheduled before current appointment is ended.
Flexible appointment scheduling is available.
There is an appointment portal to manage and request appointments. 
Reminder emails/texts are sent before appointments depending on preference.

Q: What is the billing process at Harmony & Unity MH and what is expected of clients in terms of payment?

At Harmony & Unity Mental Health, we require clients to maintain a valid credit card on file to cover any incurred expenses, including co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, and outstanding balances. While we strive to accommodate all clients, please be aware that appointments may be canceled, and clients discharged from practice if there is an outstanding balance. 
If you are experiencing difficulties, please reach out so we can assist you.
We encourage open communication regarding payment plans, which can be arranged the discretion of Harmony & Unity Mental Health. Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances are due on the day of your visit, and superbills are available upon request for insurance or reimbursement purposes. 
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our payment policies as we work together to maintain financial harmony.
